Igor Zhuravlev was appointed acting chief physician of the Regional Cancer Center.

Victoria Dvornichenko has left the post of chief physician of the Regional Cancer Center. She will continue her further career as the non-staff chief oncologist of the Ministry of Health of the Irkutsk Region. In addition, she will remain the head of the oncology department and radiation therapy at Irkutsk State Medical University and head of the oncology department at Irkutsk State Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.

Igor Zhuravlev was appointed the acting chief physician of the Regional Cancer Center. He was born in 1971 in Irkutsk. In 1993 he graduated from the Irkutsk State Medical Institute, in 1996-1998 completed his clinical residency training at ISMU in the specialty "Social Hygiene and Health Organization". Previously, Igor Zhuravlev headed the Irkutsk branches of several insurance companies, and also worked as the deputy chief physician of the Regional Cancer Center for outpatient work. He took up his new duties on October 2.
